Supervision & Consultation

Looking for extra support as you strengthen your clinical skills, case conceptualization, and confidence?

Clinical Supervision

I provide clinical supervision for graduate students and provisionally licensed clinicians (LPCs working toward LCPC licensure in Illinois). My supervision style is collaborative, relational, and grounded in the belief that confidence grows when clinicians feel supported, understood, and challenged in thoughtful ways.

I’m particularly well-suited for clinicians who want to:

  • Build confidence and work through imposter syndrome.

  • Strengthen skills in ERP for OCD and related anxiety disorders.

  • Deepen rapport-building and therapeutic presence.

  • Explore transference, countertransference, triggers, and clinical mistakes in a non-judgmental space.

  • Integrate multiple modalities rather than practice rigidly from a single framework.

  • Feel safe to be honest, reflective and curious.

My clinical work:

  • Heavily informed by CBT, ACT, ERP, and IFS/parts work.

  • Strong emphasis on the therapeutic relationship.

  • Extensive experience with teenagers and emerging adults, especially college students and young professionals.

  • High value placed on being authentic & allowing my personality to shine through in the work I do.

  • Evidence-based care can still be creative! I like to think outside of the box with treatment planning and intervention ideas.

Case Consultation

I offer case consultation for clinicians seeking a thoughtful second perspective on complex or challenging cases. My consultation style is collaborative and integrative, with a strong emphasis on whole-person case conceptualization, considering the client’s internal world, relational patterns, developmental history, systemic context, and nervous system responses.

Consultation may be especially helpful if you’re looking to:

  • Think through a “stuck” or high-complexity case.

  • Refine treatment planning using CBT, ACT, ERP, and/or IFS-informed approaches.

  • Navigate countertransference or clinical uncertainty.

  • Explore ethical or relational nuances with adolescents, young adults, couples, and families.

  • Gain clarity while maintaining compassion, for both your client and yourself.

  • Expand conceptual lens & strengthen clinical intuition.

  • Access a supportive & reflective space that honors both the clinical framework and the very human realities of therapeutic work.
